Hadrius (YC W23) is hiring engineers looking to grow into future founders

Why should you join Hadrius?

Every successful startup has a short window where the company’s revenue is growing hand-over-fist and team is still small. In simple terms, we’re acquiring new customers and revenue faster than our 2-person engineering team can handle and the environment is very fast paced. If you’re hoping to start a startup yourself one day, joining Hadrius will give you invaluable insights into what success looks like and the work needed to make it happen.

About Hadrius

Hadrius consolidates and automates regulatory compliance for financial firms of all sizes (fintechs, investment advisors, funds, broker dealers, and more) through our AI-powered platform. Our space has been underserved by private equity for decades and we have a unique opportunity to disrupt it with an exceptional team and the advent of LLMs.

Today, we’re securing compliance for $250B+ AUM across our 100+ clients. Our founding team has deep engineering and domain expertise from Google, hedge funds, and previous startup exits. Before Hadrius, we ran our own SEC regulated RIA with thousands of clients where we first built the powerful compliance engine behind Hadrius.

This isn’t our first rodeo, and our customers know it – we’re backed by Y Combinator, Lynett Capital, Singularity Capital and (naturally), our customers. Since inception, we’ve continued to grow rapidly, doubling our revenue every few months.

Meet the Team

The founding team comes from big tech, hedge funds, and a previous exit before starting a robo-advisor (Quantbase) with thousands of clients. We expect each other to work at our best and constantly challenge ourselves to find ways to grow faster and deliver a better customer experience. The result is a tight-knit company growing rapidly as the cutting edge upstart in an old industry.

We take our work seriously but always find time to share a laugh and get to know each other on a personal level. The team is largely remote, but our main office is in New York City on Wall Street where you’ll be working a few days a week. We will frequently get together – either in NYC, or SF, or at a week-long Airbnb in some cool location, to work together in-person 3-5 times a year.

Hadrius automates the entire SEC ongoing compliance program with AI for financial firms.

30,000+ SEC-regulated financial firms spend a combined total of $2b+ a year on ongoing SEC compliance, and with regulations tightening every year, these costs are continuing to rise. At the same time, the existing solutions can hardly keep up, with most firms paying for third-party consultants, law firms, and 2-decade-old software – while still relying on endless manual work to make up the gap.

Hadrius is a comprehensive, all-in-one platform running everything from reviewing marketing for compliance in under a minute, to filtering and flagging 100k+ emails each week – covering this critical function for these firms with the first modern solution in decades. As a result, we’re already running the compliance program of some of the most well-known financial firms in the world and are looking for exceptional candidates to join us on this mission.
